Max Home

Four furniture industry pros united their experience to create the company of their dreams.

In 2003, Marty Silver, his son Joshua Silver, and their friends Bruno Policicio and Larry Gentry were ready for a new challenge in their furniture careers. Drawing from their unique backgrounds and Marty’s 50 years of experience, they founded Max Home with the goal of creating high-quality furniture that they could take pride in making and customers could take pride in owning.

We make a product that I am proud to say I own myself. Quality, craftsmanship, great design and hard work has been the formula all my life for success.

Marty Silver, President and Founding Partner

Located in Fulton, Mississippi, and Sulligent, Alabama, Max Home has grown to over 700 employees, many of whom have decades of experience in their respective fields of sewing, woodworking and more. Their key to success is a team of skilled craftspeople who have made furniture-building their lifelong career. Max Home has built a company culture where longevity, dedication to craft and consistency in quality is noticed and rewarded.

Max Home believes better furniture starts with better materials, so they use domestically, responsibly harvested woods, recycled steel springs, CertiPUR-US® certified foam and more. These smart choices paired with Max Home’s skilled craftsmanship result in a product that will last a long time, helping to reduce furniture in landfills.
